Yes, Awakening is held at CrossPoint Church. CrossPoint rests along the Bitterroot River and has open fields, cabins and a dining area for a camp like setting.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes! To request a scholarship, please call the church office. If you would like to sponsor a youth, click here.
What are the ages allowed to come?
Awakening is for grades 7-12.
Is there biblical worship and preaching?
Yes! We believe in the inherent Word of God, which is the Bible. Worship is one of the most important ways that believers grow in their relationship with God. Chapel services are held in a large revival tent.
What activities are there?
Games, team building exercises, activities, bonfires, worship, lake days, boat tubing, and more.
Is there anything new this year?
Yes! We have changed sleeping arrangements, increased time at Lake Como, and added new games, all while keeping Jesus as the center.
What does the lake day look like?
A day spent at Lake Como near Darby, Montana. Youth will have the opportunity to stay on the beach or be pulled on an inner tube behind a boat.
What does my youth need to bring?
Swim suit, shoes (wet and dry), clothes, towel, deodorant, and sleeping supplies. Sleeping supplies includes: blanket, pillow, and sleeping mat/air mattress (optional). We will be sleeping on the floor, so plan according.
Who do I give my youth's medication to?
Please give all medication and necessary instructions to the camp nurse upon check-in.
Should my youth bring money for the snack shop?
We have a wonderful camp store named Oasis. However, we do not encourage youth to bring physical cash to camp. We encourage a prepaid amount be purchased when they register to prevent the inevitable loss of cash. You can select a spending amount when you check out at registration.
How much money should I prepay for Oasis that will last 4 days?
There is a wide range of items for sale. Some of the most popular are Lotus Drinks ($5), Candy ($1-2.50), Sweatshirts ($40), and T-shirts ($25).
What are the sleeping arrangements?
Boys and girls each have their own separate sleeping arrangements.
Is there a group or early bird discount?
If you are registering 5 or more youth, please call us to receive a 10% off discount. Early bird pricing of $100 ends May 10th. Price goes to $110 per student after the 10th.
Who can I call to ask questions?
You can call Caleb at (406) 552-7851
Is food provided?
Yes! All food is provided and typically consists of home cooked meals. If your youth has a food allergy, please reach out so we can build a menu that will work for them. We take food allergies very serious.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is Tuesday from 1-2pm
Check-out is Friday at 2pm
Is my youth allowed to have their phone?
Phones will be allowed to be brought out at night in sleeping cabins. No phones throughout the day.
Can my youth attend part of camp and not the whole thing?
No. Attendance for the duration of camp is required. Please do not pick up or drop off outside of designated times. If a youth leaves camp property for "errands", sporting events, or sporting practice, they have ended their camp event.
What is the dress code?
While on church property, shirts and pants must be worn when outside of cabins at all times. This applies for both boys and girls, even in water games. When at Lake Como, a parent approved swim suit is acceptable.
